It's Spring! This class it's all about cooking a beef sirloin perfectly with a delicious side of spring leeks. We'll be working with an incredibly flavorful, tender and juicy, albeit lesser known cut of beef; Sirloin cap roast a.k.a Coulette steak and is absolutely brilliant seasoned with a spiced coffee dry rub. You'll learn all about the 'Reverse Sear Method' which is simply the best way to cook a roast. Period. And a side of seasonal Braised Leeks makes an already delicious meal even better. Hope you Join!
